FAQ / 12 questions

Questions before the first order.

MOQ, payment terms, shipping time and inspection — answered plainly. If yours is not here, the export desk replies within one working day.

01Do you handle export documents?
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any certificate of conformity your customs requires.
02What trade terms do you quote?
FOB, CIF and CFR as standard. DAP can be arranged for inland destinations where our forwarder has coverage.
03What happens after the units arrive?
We stay reachable on WhatsApp for commissioning questions, and can send a technician or local partner for major issues.
04Are spare parts available?
Yes. We ship a recommended spare kit with every order (filters, belts, brake pads) and can supply parts for the life of the unit.
05Can you supply left-hand and right-hand drive?
Both. Drive side is confirmed before the order is released — it decides the cab, steering, wiper sweep and headlight pattern and cannot be changed later.
06Which emission standard should I choose?
Match the fuel available in your market. EURO II is common in West and East Africa; EURO III or IV where low-sulphur diesel is available.
07Can I inspect before shipment?
Yes. We send a condition report with photos and a walk-around video per unit. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) can be arranged at cost.
08What warranty comes with a used unit?
Engine and gearbox are warranted for 6 months or 50,000 km from arrival, against manufacturing and assembly defects. Wear items are excluded.
09Which ports do you ship from?
Qingdao and Tianjin for ro-ro and container, Shanghai for heavy lift. We quote CIF or FOB from whichever is cheaper for your route.
10How do payment terms work?
30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% before shipment against the pre-shipment inspection report. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 100,000.
11How long is production or preparation?
Units in stock: 7–10 days to inspect, service and load. Built-to-order: 25–40 days depending on body and configuration.
12What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. Most first orders are 1–3 units for evaluation, and we quote the same way as a 30-unit fleet order.
